Sagacia is a brain training app designed for all ages. Through quick, entertaining rounds it exercises your memory, mental arithmetic, attention, reflexes and reasoning.
What you get
- 17 different games: quick math, sequences, find pairs, reaction, quick count, words, patterns, sudoku, right colour (Stroop), fast order (Schulte table), digits, the odd one, word search, faces, tic-tac-toe, falling notes and checkmate. The last three also require completing 9 of the 11 achievements: they are earned by playing.
- Daily challenge that rotates each day among your unlocked games.
- Star progression: earn stars and unlock new games.
- Personal tracking: brain age, daily streak and personal records.
- Groups by invitation: play with the people you choose using a single-use code. Everyone with their own account and their own phone.
- Seasons: a scoreboard that starts from zero for everyone without anyone losing their stars, records or achievements.
- Group challenges: a score to beat within three days, on the game and level any member proposes.
- Sync across devices: pick up where you left off.
- Playable offline, with progress syncing as soon as you reconnect.

How it works
Sagacia is free to download with 3 complete games: quick math, sequences and find pairs. The optional Premium subscription gives you access to all 17 games and any we add later, and lets you create a group or join one. Three of them —tic-tac-toe, falling notes and checkmate— also require completing 9 of the 11 achievements: that second condition is earned by playing, not by paying.
Each account belongs to a single player. The app contains no advertising and no third-party trackers.

Both paid plans open exactly the same thing: the 17 games and groups. There is no free trial, because the trial is the three free games, and they never expire. Prices include applicable taxes and are shown in your local currency; the amount that counts is always the one Google Play shows before you confirm.
Play with your people: groups, seasons and challenges
Sagacia is no longer a solo game. You can compete with your family or your friends without sharing a phone or an account: everyone has their own, on their own device and with their own progress.
Groups by invitation
- Anyone with Premium can create a group and give it a name.
- You join with a 6-character code generated by whoever created it: single use and with an expiry date. The alphabet leaves out I, L, O, 0 and 1, because the code gets read aloud as often as it gets copied.
- You can join with an account you already had: you keep all your stars, records and achievements.
- If you leave the group, your progress goes with you. You simply stop appearing in the leaderboard.
Seasons: competing without anyone losing anything
A season is a scoreboard that starts from zero for everyone. It records the stars each person had at the start and only scores what is earned from then on, so someone who has been playing for months and someone who joined yesterday compete on equal terms without anyone losing stars, records, levels or achievements. Whoever created the group can reset the scoreboard and open a new season at any time.
The leaderboard is a single figure:

It is designed so that the daily habit wins, which is what Sagacia is about, without mastering one game or having a good session ceasing to count.
Challenges: a score to beat within three days
- Proposed by any member, not just whoever created the group, choosing the game and the level.
- The group has three days to beat it, and there is one challenge at a time: with several open at once it stops being a challenge and becomes noise.
- A challenge opens that game to the whole group while it lasts, even to someone short of the stars needed to unlock it. Otherwise whoever is furthest behind would be left out of the competition.
Updates, without notifications
The Group tab marks with a dot whatever has happened since you last looked: someone joining or leaving, a new season, a new challenge, or somebody overtaking you. Sagacia sends no push notifications and uses no device identifiers for this: the comparison is made against what you already saw on that phone.
Creating a group or joining one requires active Premium. If yours expires while you are in a group you are not locked in: you still see the others and can leave whenever you want. See the privacy policy for exactly what the rest of the group can see.
